  1. If the bid is successful, the name of the successful bidder will show as the last bidder.
  2. In order to purchase BidForWin credit you have to:
    1. Be a registered user of BidForWin, and
    2. Own a PayPal account.
  3. BidForWin will contact the buyer via e-mail after the auction ends.
  4. The winner of the auction pays the final amount with shipping cost according to the invoice,and he will receive the product in around 30 Days depend on wich country he is
  5. The owners, partners and employees of BidForWin cannot take part in the auctions and they do not influence the process in any way.
  6. You cannot take part in BidForWin if you are under the age of eighteen (18) years, or under the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, unless you have the permission of a parent or a legal guardian.
  7. BidForWin credits can only be used at the BidForWin website. Unused credits cannot be refunded to your PayPal account.
  8. BidForWin is not responsible for accounts that are misused.
  9. If the operation of BidForWin should be maliciously disrupted, the auction holder will have the right to stop all current auctions. Any current bid amounts will be returned to user accounts as BidForWin credit.
  10. BidForWin will use the registered user information for internal purposes only and will not share the data with any third party.
  11. The owners, partners and employees of BidForWin cannot be held responsible for any faults that occur in the BidForWin system.
  12. BidForWin has the right to close all current auctions in the event of system fault.
